What is the material of the coaster?

Thermosetting plastic.Solution formula is perfected by the creator to enable the coaster to be durable, allowing it to be heat resistance and will not break easily.It also allows the coaster to remain light weight so it is easy to put inside the bag and carry along. 

How much is the delivery cost?

$50 and above will be entitled to have a free delivery for Singapore if not,$3 delivery charges will be applicable.

For international shipping, it will be a flat rate of $20.

How long does the delivery takes?

Singapore: 3-5 working days

International: 7-21 working days

Do you do refund or exchange?

We do not accept refund or exchange as each coaster is make to order as to reduce wastage so please do check your cart properly before submitting.We will inspect carefully the product before delivering it to you ensuring it's a smooth transaction so please do not worry & let us handle the rest for you.

How do I get the free pouch?

Free pouch is only given to customer who bought the coaster.For the rest of the products, it will be put inside a holographic zip bag.

How to customise my message?

- After putting the item(s) in the cart, input your name/message in the box provided for the add a note section.Kindly indicate standard or cursive text.

-indicate your preferred colour for the text.

(holographic, shimmer pink, matte gold & glitter gold)
